Testing Engineer

- Provide test engineering know how during problem solving topics (10%)
- Create test plan for New Line/Product releases, Engineering risk assessments, Problem solving in production, Development projects (15%)
- Evaluate test results and generate test report according the criteria in test plan (15%)
- Execute tests by ensuring correct test settings and follow up to meet timeline (60%)

EDUCATION BACKGROUND
- Masters or Bachelor degree from renowned university in Mechanical or Industrial or Automotive or Mechatronics engineering
WORK EXPERIENCES
- For fresh university graduate/experienced with Masters degree: Good academic score with high motivation & proactiveness.
- 0 to 2 (Masters degree) or 3 (Bachelor degree) years of exp. in engineering/quality - product validation functions at a production plant
- For experienced candidate with Bachelor degree: Working knowledge/experience in hydraulics, control systems, dynamics, measurement methods, data acquisition and analysis
TRAITS & SKILLS
- Knowledge of production technology
- Technical knowledge (measurement methods, data acquisition and analysis)
- Good command of English
- Independent working with dedicated test equipment
- Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, team player, learning by doing
