1.Job brief

• Department: Teacher Experience Department (TED)
• Location: On site | District 1
• Report line: Teacher Recruitment Officer
• Hours of Work: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT +7) | Monday - Friday | One hour break at noon

2. Responsibilities

Support recruitment activities

• Conduct assigned tasks to prepare for the recruitment plan;
• Build connections for Topica Career page & Linkedin page;
• Support posting jobs on Facebook/ Students groups;
• Send job info email/ share the job description;
• Follow and screen assigned groups of CVs;
• Participate in selection rounds in the recruitment process;
• Perform tasks in collecting records/ Input database.

Process, policies, and regulation

• Follow all working procedures, policies, rules, and regulations of TED;
• Collaborate with team members in maintaining the TED operations to the right standard;
• Update and make necessary reports.

Other

• Other duties and admin tasks are given by the Recruitment team.

1.Skills & Abilities

• Can communicate in English fluently
• Communication skills
• Be able to use Microsoft Office

2. Education & Training

• 3rd/4th -year students majoring in English language/English Pedagogy/ Economy/ HR
• IELTS certificate(>6.0)/ EFset test result >=70 is an advantage

3. Technical Requirements

• Have a private laptop, mic, headphone, and camera
• Operation System: at least MacOS: 10.9 / Windows: 10 Professional;
• Hardware: At least RAM >= 8 GB AND CPU has 4 cores OR 1.8 GHz
