Working Location: Thanh Khe District, Danang

Job Description

• We are looking for a young and dedicated HR Intern, who will take responsibility for the following:
• Assist with recruitment efforts including updating candidate databases, job posting, screen-call and new hiring processes.
• Assist in recruitment branding activities via social media platforms and recruitment events.
• Assist in routine administrative tasks if needed.
• Other tasks required by the Manager (research, translation, etc).

• Students studying in University (prefer in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major)
• Have essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.
• Trustworthy, careful, organized and detail-oriented
• A fast learner
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and data programs
• Good command of English (equal to IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 700)
• Show initiative and has a strong work ethic

• Salary range: 25,000 - 30,000 VND/ hour
