TIKILive Business Manager

TIKILive Business Manager is responsible for the business development, supervision and control of TIKI

livestream business, including:

- Managing a TIKILive business team, supervising the work of up to 7 staffs

- Good understanding/ insights about TIKI sellers, brands, KOL, creator and influencer community

- Quick trends catching on social and other media/ entertainment channels, developing content

roadmap and strategy for both in-house and external production

- Being creativity to build new livestream format (big show, games show, daily livestream, VOD,

etc.); reward schemes to increase followers, viewers, watch time and quality contents

- Collaborating with other stakeholders (Tech, Dev, Engineering) to develop the TIKILive product

- Identifying strategic partners (brand/ sellers) and collaborating with other stakeholders

(Merchandise, Marketing, Brand, Finance) to introduce those strategic partners TIKILive and the

Brand Days Partnership Package to increase sales and revenue

- Providing solutions to increase sales opportunity on livestream platform

- Planning and organizing production schedules

- Assessing project and resource requirements

- Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales (internal & external)

- Delivering on-site training for clients (individual & sellers)

- Determining quality control standards, following TIKI standards and guidelines

- Good knowledge in media/ entertainment/ livestream industry

- Good negotiation, communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English

- Strong admin and organizational skills

- 3-year working experience and above in this industry

- Has a passion for e-commerce

- Be result-driven, precise, detail oriented, able to work under pressure and under tight timelines.
