TikiNOW - Supply Chain Planning & Operations Excellence Manager

We are looking for a strong candidate to manage our team of Supply Chain Planning & Operation Excellence. The candidate shall be an excellent initiator - facilitator who builds up plans from strategic to operational level, drives projects and monitors performance sensitively and proactively, with a strong data-driven decision-making mindset.

What you’d contribute
Operations Excellence & Process Standardization:
Explore the operational gaps and improvement opportunities then work with related team (Operation, Engineering etc) to address them; initiate operation excellence projects with the ultimate goals of:

lead time reduction
customer experience improvement
productivity enhancement & cost optimization

Sales & Operation Planning:

Provide demand forecast based on sales plan from Commercial team
Optimize inventory level and distribution lead time
Build capacity planning for Operation team to ensure good service level with optimal cost

Data & Reporting:
Ensure the quality and actionability of master data & operational reports - which are the backbones for continuous process improvement.

What you’d have to succeed for the role

At least 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Logistics Management or Operation Excellence
Experiences to lead and grow team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skill. Be able to analyze data and provide useful insights in a structured way for stakeholders to make decision
Comfortable to drive multi-functional cross-team projects. Be aggressive if needed.
Education: Bachelor or above.
