TNEMS DIRECTOR

• Overall manage EMS factory in terms of human resources, finance, plans, material, project progress…;
• Assume prime reponsibilty for formulating the development strategy for the field of electronic manufacturing services; monitor the implementation of the strategy and periodically review, propose adjustments to the strategy accordance with each development stage;
• Research and evaluate market, competitors to build appropriate business strategy;
• Orienting sustainable market development, expanding relationships to establish a system of strategic and potential customers.
• Create and develope company’s brand (EMS) in domestic and international markets;
• Negotiate, persuade and take care of clients; identify and develope new opportunities with clients;
• Timely handle changes and arising situations to ensure timely progress and budget;
• Direct and guide building the procedures, training documents and other documents to promote the development of EMS factory;
• Review and approve new or modified designs, test and installation procedures;
• Optimize the use of resources (labor, material,…) to produce electronic products.

• University graduate or higher in major of Business Administration, Electrical/Electronic Engineering and other relevant major;
• Used to work in PCB, EMS and electronic board manufacturing industry;
• Have experience and abiltiy to operate capacity electronic board manufacturing industry;
• Being sensitive to business opportunities, have in-depth knowledge of electronic products and industry;
• Understand Commercial Law, International Business, Corporate Law, Tax Law and Enviroment;
• Language: Good communication in English;
• Skill in diplomacy and negotiation;
• Agile, dynamic, enthusiastic, creative, careful, proactive, calm and able to work under high pressure;
• Prior candidate who has work in Silicon Valley (USA).
