Checking all warehouse and stockroom doors are locked properly before leaving the company.
Regularly finding ways to improve the warehouse and stockrooms.
Making sure fire prevention system (incl. fire extinguisher) inside the warehouse are working properly.
Plan daily work, assign tasks appropriately and evaluate results.
Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.)
Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads
Manage and train all stockkeepers.
Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees
Make sure all non- personnel of the warehouse and stockroom follow procedure when requesting or taking materials or FG.
Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
Create warehouse procedures, plans, and regulations that would keep the warehousing operation efficient.
Work with purchaser, suppliers and transport companies during loading and unloading.
Strategically manage warehouse and stock rooms.
Ensure stocking height is limited to 4 racks (FG) and 4 bundles (Lumber)
Create, initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
Maintain standards of health and safety and security.
Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner
Work with forklift driver and make sure they are stocking safely and properly.
All raw material shall be below 12%MC.
Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution.
Make sure to use First- In First- Out.
Manage raw material (lumbers, plywood, mdf and others) stock control together with the purchaser.
Weekly checking all raw materials quantities are all correct.
Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock.
Regularly check inventory for discrepancies.
Make sure container reports are done kept on one file. Work with Logistic Officer if there are issues with the container.
Weekly finish goods reconciliation with sales officer.
