Manager:
Collaborate with other department for continuous quality improvement
Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
Set quality standard plan and execute necessary strategy to realize the exponential growth of CADDi platform
Resolve issues that come up (defect, delay, accidents)
Improve quality level of supplier partners by introducing appreciated inspection and kaizen process
Share and instruct necessary actions with team and partners to satisfy quality and delivery requirements
Understand quality CADDi&039;s quality standards and the quality requirements of customers and then communicate that information with supply partners to minimize the defect
Train and guide employees to maximize the output of the organization
Supervise inspectors and provide guidance and feedback
Lead small-mid organization and team
Member:

Experience in working at factory, manufacturing sites or warehouses
Set and follow KPI/KGI to maximize the output of organization
Analyze, review and improve workflow to increase productivity

Manager:
Knowledge and understanding about drawing of manufacturing parts
Any relevant experience in quality assurance/standards such as ISO 9000/9001
Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2+) or English
Experience in manufacturing or metal processing industry
Experience in developing factory warehouse or supply chain from scratch
Experience as quality assurance/control manager
Member:
Proficient in MS office or similar tool
Any relevant experience in quality assurance/standards such as ISO 9000/9001
Strong aspiration for self-improvement and mindset to inspire and support the personal development of other team members
