Position Title: Tool and Maintenance team Leader
Reports to: Senior Tool & Maintenance Leader
Location: Ha Nam (Dong Van 2 Industrial Zone, Duy Tien, Ha Nam)
Scope of Position
To lead team to achieve all targets through the use of Lead manufacturing tools, Continuous improvement activities and read time problem solving
GM management & improvement
Quality issue & improvement
PM activity
Responsibilities
• Leading team to establish and implement the preventive maintenance plan for all tooling, machine and equipment.
•Daily following up to ensure team implement properly the preventive maintenance schedule.
•Leading team to maintain the data in SAP for maintenance
•Managing the spare part storage. Identify and solve operational problems with new equipment, solve operational failures directly with the suppliers of tools.
•Analyze the manufacturing process continuously, in order to identify areas with opportunity for improvement. And work in coordination with others to improve the productivity of the entire plant.
•Implement LEAN on manufacturing. Play the key role in continuous improvement activities.
•Managing the tools shop, machine shop, spare part storage.
•Build the plan and monitoring the progress of making tools, fixtures, jig and other accessories which required by other sections of production department and/or other departments.
•Leading team to build the data base and maintain the maintenance module in SAP.
•Evaluating related equipment, device, jig, tool, transfer tool, process requirements for each process. Making related specification in case new process requests.
•Training and developing the staffs. Identify and solve operational problems with new equipment, solve operational failures directly with the suppliers of tools.
•Analyze the manufacturing process continuously, in order to identify areas with opportunity for improvement. And work in coordination with others to improve the productivity of the entire plant.
•Participate on Lean & Six sigma. Play the key role in continuous improvement activities. Verify 5s status on the work area.

Experience:
• Minimum 5 year working experiences in factory operation.
• Minimum 3 year working experience in Tooling area.
• Minimum 1 year experience in management/supervisor level

Education:
Bachelor in electrical or mechanical
