Tour Operations Executive

•Handling booking from start to finish for hotels, motorbike, support car, pick up airport and other services for motorbike tours in Vietnam. Ensure that all the needs of the clients are met and well reserved before the tour.
•Prepare tour leader pack then brief programs carefully to Tour Leader/ Local Tour Leader
•Prepare the payment request for all services has booked and manage supplier invoicing.
•Manage the contract with hotels. Make sure all the contracts are secured and saved in correct folder.
•Manage the company shared storage/ drive
•Manage supplier’s database, make sure the information is up to date and precisely.
•Monitor, supervise and solve problems arising during the tour
•Other tasks
-Handle the cases which need changing due to storms, floods, etc.
-Update information about the sightseeing fares, opening and closing times of tourist spots
-Conduct inspection destination / service to update information to other departments
-Update the feedback form for the others related department
