Tpm Planning Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
• To be responsibility to analyze data, maintain & improve autonomous maintenance and preventive maintenance of existing machines.
• Co-ordinate with other departments carry out autonomous maintenance
• product quality.
• To be responsibility to set up autonomous maintenance and preventive maintenance for new installation machines.
• To coordinate with planning team of S&OP, production, maintenance to create yearly & monthly preventive maintenance. To update weekly to relevant department on progress
• to prepare ISO document & to follow up action of maintenance team to maintain ISO system
• Co-ordinate with other departments carry out improvement work to enhance productivity and
• To track and analyze utility consumption
• Support others task for colleague.
• In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his manager.

KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor degree in the engineering field: electronic, mechanic, mechatronic….
Job Experience:
Safety Awareness
Good presentation, analytical skill and problem-solving skill.
Experience in protective glove is an advantage
Equipment safety awareness.
Good background in engineering and manufacturing process.
Good understanding about pneumatic system.
Customer service orientation
Experiences in Technical drawings reading.
Knowledge and Skills
Using measuring device.
Ability to learn quickly and accept challenging with new product and process transfer.
