Trade Marketing Executive

* Reporting line: National Sales Manager CUM Ho Chi Minh Officer Manager
* JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives by channels and accounts implement and evaluate Trade Marketing programs and activities to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements as needed
•Recommend the policies relating to Trade Marketing for direct competitors, channel trends and development, category innovations, competitive information.
•Responsible for gathering, collecting competitive information, customer feedback & behavior, market trend by field visit regularly
•Implement necessary POSM and display campaign to increase brand presence and improve customer satisfaction
•Support Sales Manager and Marketing Manager in controlling budget for assigned projects and provide the accurate budget report when required.
•Provide inputs and channel plans to the development of Product launches and lead the deployment of the initiative to Sale and Field force
•Make reports relating to Trade Marketing as required
•Other tasks assigned by superior or National Sales Manager

* JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•Bachelor/ Diploma degree of Business Administration/ Marketing or related field.
•At least 2-3 years of trade marketing experience, especially in relevant field in retail business/ FMCG industry
•High ownership and adaptability.
•Prudence, aggressiveness & hard working.
•Strategic thinking and strong leadership skill.
•People-Oriented and good building successor capability.
•Excellent team-work and independence competency.
•Good English presentation & communication skill.
• Deadline commitment & result oriented.
•Ready to travel frequently
