Remake the schemes and documents

For Promotion Programs

Create new schemes, Check schemes and inform extended schemes on DMS and Epicor
Check inventory of gimmicks and coordinate Logistic Team to transfer gimmicks between warehouses
Do paperwork to make an official announcement to Distributors
Work with Purchase Dept and Suppliers for promotion gift production (follow to Process: Get approval, make Proposal, make the contract, do advance for the supplier, observe the quality, collect the invoice and do payment)
Respond to Sales team problems of schemes, payment... on the system

For Payback and Loyalty Programs

Do paperwork and proceed with the payment process to pay for customers (proposal, advance, system, scheme)
Checking photos of the display programs
Double- check the calculation with sales team and Accountant
Calculating the payment of trade and display programs

For Sub Distributors and Chain

Coordinate and information sharing as instructed by TMM
Calculating the payment of Sub- dis and Chain&039;s policies
Double check the calculation with Sub- Dis/Chain and Accountant
Do paperwork and proceed with the payment process to pay for SD & Chain (proposal, advance, system, scheme)

For Pharmacy Meeting

Work with accountant and logistics to check inventory and document procedures to export available goods out of the warehouse.
Work with the purchase dept and suppliers for the productive requirement of services and purchased goods and schedules (follow to Purchasing Process: make contract, do advance for the supplier, observe the quality, receive goods, collect the invoice and do payment)
Collect documents and do the payment process
Make a proposal on the system
Summit license with DOH, payment, addition and follow to get the license
Collect goods and pack and deliver

For supporting TME

Implement procedures for advances and payments for the TME team&039;s business travel plans
Collect reports of TME and make analytic reports

Report trade and display program
Other reports

For Trade Marketing Executive

Providing relevant data as instructed
Help and support trade marketing executive

Bachelor of degree in Marketing/ Science or relevant fields.
A Pharmacy Science degree would be an advantage.
Good communication skills, negotiation and presentation skills and persuasive skills.
At least 2 years experience in product management/marketing with Global Pharmaceutical Company.
Ability to work independently under high pressure.
Fluent spoken and written in English as well as Vietnamese.
