Mô tả công việc

Drive realization of sales target and enhance brand image in trade through effective coordination and implementation of quality merchandising/promoters training
Responsible for and a passion for using internal and syndicated data systems for gathering market intelligence information (pricing, sales channel). Able to communicate program analysis to sales, marketing, and management with future recommendations.
Develops the annual strategic planning process to manage seasonal planning timelines, helps align internal Marketing teams, Sales and agency efforts in the delivery of planning presentations and Trade assets
Partnering with the creative development, ordering, and execution of national retail and trade event type of promotions by working with sales promotion/advertising agencies and compliance on the creative development of promotional graphics and assigning the production and allocation of all promotional materials (POP, POS, Digital, etc) to support programming. This would also include managing and enhancing promotional material ordering portal site and external trade/customers’ needs
Assists with the development and implementation of a full calendar of short and long-term national retail promotional strategies and tactics to maximize sales opportunities and consumer conversion while building brands at retail. Monitors and evaluates programming to ensure that objectives and A&P budgets are met.
Performs additional duties and responsibilities as determined by management.
Communicates and evaluates the effectiveness of promotional marketing programs and ROI
Helps recommend and implement comprehensive promotional plans for new product introductions and line extensions of existing products.
Other tasks are given by line manager.
On and Off-premise programming calendars, National POS ordering details and timelines, execution timelines, planning guides, campaign activation sheets, ad-hoc order allocations, etc.
Organize trade or industry events such as trade shows, trade tastings in support or educational visits overseas.
Maintains constant and concise communication with sales organization and key wholesalers in the following areas

Bachelor’s degree, with an emphasis in marketing or communications.
Must be able to work independently with limited direction and recommend solutions to any opportunities.
Must be familiar with the process of developing products in the premium category and all concerns relating to developing/protecting brand equity.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in promotional marketing, brand marketing/management in the Food & Beverage or related industry is required in order to understand the job function.
Must be experienced in MS Office software that includes Excel, PowerPoint, and Word or their equivalents.
Strong project multi-tasking and management skills. Works well in a fast-paced, action-oriented team where priorities constantly change and time frames are critical.
Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods.
Must take the initiative to learn and acquire new skills and abilities and provide recommendations to improve upon existing systems and programs.
Must show progressive marketing experience with interviewing and working with agencies in the design, production and distribution of promotional programs with emphasis at the consumer retail level.
Highly developed interpersonal skills are necessary. Requires excellent written and oral skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization. Must have excellent customer service skills.
