Trade Marketing Supervisor

ROLES:

We are currently hiring a Trade Marketing Supervisor who will work as a part of the marketing team to deliver planned revenue, volume and gross margin of key brands & customers.
Build partnership with potential partner to increasing new clients, benefits for existing member and sales for DAFC.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cross-function Coordination

Working closely with Brand MKT & Retail team to ensure high performance outcome of projects.
Working and build strong relationship with live streamers.

Trade MKT Project Management

Explore, search & collect information of luxury partners to develop partnerships to build co-branding schemes with partners.
Tracking client performance & reports of the partnership events on weekly/ monthly / yearly basis to ensure CRM KPIs met.
Targeting clients on specific partnership programs.
Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams from promotion announcement and approval to collaboration with Retail team at retail locations.
Leading activation programs with partners (Landlords/Retailers and other partners) to improve brand visibility.
Manage and operate live streamers, coordinate with live streamers and Retail team to develop sales from online channel.
Visiting the points of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected.
Leading and implementing channel specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers.
Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-mall planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities.
Developing and executing the Trade Marketing & OOH Advertising Plans in line with sales and marketing objectives of a group of brands and manage the Trade Marketing budget.

Follow-Up & Reporting

Monthly report about Promotion plan with mall and OOH performance.
Report sales online form live streamers to elevate sale performance.
Ensure weekly/monthly and quarterly report of any problem on Trade MKT or any Trade MKT activities with Mall and stores supports/photos.

Qualification:

University/ College degree in business administration, marketing or relevant fields.

Knowledge:

Knowledge of retail network & relationships with luxury partners and live streamers

Experience:

Strong negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills.
You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
More than 2 years of experience as Trade MKT Specialist/Executive in premium/luxury fashion/cosmetic/hospitality/high-end shopping mall brands.
You thrive in matrix environments and are adept at influencing and coordinating with different stakeholders.

Skill/ competence:

Ability to work independently and in team situations.
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
Microsoft Office proficiency is a must.
Able to communicate on phone is an advantage.
Advance in reading, writing English.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Good skills in communication & problem-solving.
Meticulous & clever in communication.
