Trade Marketing Supervisor (FMCG)

- Propose & organize some suitable events for the brand.
- Monitor and update market information in channels about price, and competitor’s activities.
- Other responsibilities as assignments from the line manager, and management.
- Manage and develop Channels by understanding well and coordinating closely with the Sales team or clients.
- Work with the supplier about design, production, and installation of POSM in MT to support Promotions/campaigns/ improve display…& keep POSM for other channels/ other activities.
- Responsible for developing visibility. Generate ideas to develop the brand image in channels with the mindset of utilizing all resources.
- Plan trade marketing programs to push sales volume in channels following sales situations & business situations.
- Control budget of responsible activities.
- Develop & Propose new Promotion Mechanics.

- At least 02 years of relevant working experience in trade marketing/trade category at the same position or experience as Sales Supervisor for Modern Trade in an FMCG company.
- Analytical thinking & Problem-solving Skills.
- Good knowledge of trade marketing, and MT sales in the FMCG industry.
- Teamwork, working under high pressure, detail focus.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Planning skills & detail Implementation Skills.
- Creativeness & ability to work on designs.
- University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics…
