1. Planning
- Responsible for planning marketing strategy for the products to in line with overall business objectives
- Design all required marketing and sales program for assign territory and maintain knowledge on all competitor products and participate
- Develop plan for budget in order to achieve target by month/quarter/year
2. Implement
- Be Accountable for all trade marketing activities in the North Area
- Track result, evaluate and feedback of marketing activities / promotion and report to Manager
- Initiating and developing marketing activities to deliver department business goals
- Monitoring and analyzing sales & activities performance, including expenses – A&P spending.
- Support product/marketing manager on product development, sales volume and other jobs as assigned
- Analyze all market situations and identify all new business opportunities to expand business and maintain an efficient..
- Develop all objectives and goals for market sales and net revenue for all export activities and implement all new product launches to achieve all sales objectives.
- Prepare budgets and follow up in order to achieve the target
- Tracks and monitors product development process to ensure on time new product launches and support plans are comprehensively executed
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with principal and sales team in order to achieve all sales targets for all assign areas and analyze all customer requirements to prepare appropriate sales strategies.
- Responsible for product inventory level to have enough stocks for the forecast sales.
- Be part of team in developing and responsible for tactical execution of marketing activities.
- Coordinate with internal and external department go get the job done
3. Manage budget
- Make budget plan for all trade marketing activities of the North Area
- Effective budget allocation for each activity
- Analyze the effectiveness of budget
- Propose solutions for case by case of budget
4. Market Intelligence Tasks
- Update competitors' activities maintain awareness and provide feedback of all competitive activities
5. Manage team
- Manage marketing team in the North assign by Head of sales
- Deliver to team the target and how to make reality
- Train, coach all skills of work for team
- Implement other task assigned by manager
