Training & Consulting Manager

Our client is a 100% foreign-owned company and provides the following services: Auditing and certification of management systems; Industrial inspection, testing and approvals; Training and business consulting; Testing and certification of products; Safety assessments and approvals for vehicles and components; Chemical and physical laboratory testing; Furniture laboratory testing; Food safety laboratory testing. We are looking for [01] potential candidates for Training & Consulting Manager position with below details:

• Responsible for achieving the local business commercial targets (P&L), including sales, costs and EBIT


• Responsible for definition of local business strategy (taking explicit account of global and regional business strategy) as well as implementing and controlling;


• Responsible for the product portfolio of the business including innovation, relaunch and elimination of products (taking explicit account of global and regional business strategy);


• Responsible for implementing performance processes, IT-tools and quality management within the local business on the basis of global and regional policies and in coordination with the relevant Service Functions;


• Responsible for implementation of technical requirements related to relevant accreditation standards;


• Responsible for know-how application in the local area;


• Disciplinary and technical responsibility for the employees of the local business.


• Adherence to and implementation of corporate guidelines and regulations.


• Being a professional trainer to deliver training/ consulting (appropriate scope) to clients;


• Developing network and contact with training/ education institution, professional and trade association to develop and strengthen business opportunities;


• Managing and developing associate trainers/ consultants and training material database to make sure the availability for sales activities

• Bachelor and or above degree with technical background referable; 


• Experience in training/ auditing and consulting Management System Certification internationally recognized standards (e.g. ISO 9001/ ISO 14001/ OHSAS18001/ ISO 22000, SA8000, etc.) and or knowledge of Testing/ Training, Inspection and Certification business will be advantageous; 


• At least 5 years' B2B training and consulting services with practical experience and team management experience.


• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices training and consulting services. 


• Must be business-focused and have the ability to translate business goals to global and regional strategies
