Training Coordinator - Working At Bến Lức, Long An

· Schedule and conduct meetings with management to proactively identify topics to be address or areas in need of additional instruction
· Create printed and instructional materials to be used in training
· Measure employee&039;s information retention rates by issuing assessment tests and quizzes on course materials
· Seek and gather information from management, employees and other departments regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses and constantly seek to improve
· Manage the online training system – self learning
· Planning, creating and implementing each year&039;s training courses and materials for each department
· Actively seek current training methods and best practices to facilitate training employees
· Research curriculum actively and remain up-to-date on developments within the feed and livestock industry.
· Develop and edit internal training materials for self learning system

· BA degree with Animal husbanry/ Aquaculture major or the related major
· At least 1 - 2 year experiences working as a Training Coordinator role is required. Prefer in feed industry companies
· Good at English language in communication and documents translation
· Ability to communicate effectively with management and other departments
· Experience providing full-scope training materials, from analyzing company needs to lesson planning, development and implementation.
· Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
· Proficient using Microsoft office. Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously

Working at Bến Lức, Long An
Company Bus pick up every working day for staff from HCM to Long An (round trip).
