Position Title: Training Executive
Location: Gentherm Vietnam (Duy Tien, Ha Nam province - 50 km from Ha Noi)

(3) Training & Workshops facilitating
(1) Learning & Development Management
• Implementing the strategic partnership with local vocational schools to implement Internship program; trainee program
• Coordinating to develop and record the curriculum and deliver courses (in-house and external)
• Analyzing training needs
• Coordinating with Production Trainers to manage the Qualification Card and Career management system
• Enabling, recording and analyzing the evaluation of the trainee for effectiveness of training and individual employee growth.
• Developing of reporting for measurement of training needs and results
• Facilitating all the training and workshop activities

Experience: At leasr 3+ years experienced in training management job; working in production (automotive) industry is prefered
