Mô tả công việc

Support the Training Manager to keep the training database up to date.
Assist HR team to plan and organize monthly staff meetings to enhance employee communication. Ensure meetings involve variety of employees, and that they are creative, interesting interactive and informative.
Take responsibility for arrangements and preparations for all trainings to be conducted on site or off site. This includes but not limits to preparing and issuing invitation (if any), preparing, photocopying and circulating hand-outs, setting up and taking training record, making practical arrangement for training room and facilities
Work with the Training Manager to develop effective links with partnership organizations such as Universities and Colleges, Training Providers, etc.
Assist the Training Manger to establish a training library of books, videos, journals and resources to assist trainer and staff development.
Work closely with the HR Coordinator to make sure that training record of associates are correctly and timely filed in their personal files.
Support the Training Manager to prepare training reports
Demonstrate hotel rules and regulations.
Supports the HR team in organizing team building activities or any other activities to enhance employee relations
Assist the Training Manager to design, produce and implement training programs to meet specific department/hotel needs
Assist the Training manager to prepare and administer the training calendar on a regular basis
Assist the Training Manager to prepare the Book of Knowledge and train new hires on this.
Ensure compliance with legislated health and safety requirements within the workplace.
Assist the Training Manager to devise Annual, Quarterly and monthly Training
Conduct orientation for casual rank and file staff on behalf of the Training Manager.
Comply with all Corporate and Hotel Standards and Procedures.
Demonstrate Marriott&039;s core values under all circumstances.
Assist the Training manager to develop and deliver orientation program for new hires.
Assist the Training Manager to conduct the training needs analysis

Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience as a trainer, preferably, in hospitality
