Training Manager

We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to devise our Culture and Spirit training strategy for Group, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. This position will be under Culture Department of our Group.

• 
  Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers


• 
  Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that focus on company culture and behaviour for all company branches across the country.


• 
  Deploy a wide variety of training methods


• 
  Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and report on them


• 
  Manage training budget


• 
  Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary


• 
  Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices


• 
  Be responsible for the execution and overall communication as it relates to employee engagement initiatives.

• 
  Year Experience: 8-10 years in training


• 
  Excel in delivery Motivational and Spiritual training courses


• 
  Minimum Education Level: Bachelor Degree in education, human resources or relevant field


• 
  Job Skills: Proven work experience as a training manager


• 
  Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods


• 
  Excellent communication and leadership skills


• 
  Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively


• 
  Good computer and database skills


• 
  Language: Vietnamese, English
