Training Manager

•Build and lead the internal Sales/ Customer employee training for the Centers.
•Work closely with Center Supervisor/ Center Manager to develop effectively and engage training programs for current and newly-hired employees.
•Define training priorities and resource allocation on an ongoing basis, with a clear and measurable business goal.
•Localize and implement programs to scale sales training across the market, based on the Centers needs and market dynamics.
•Explore and monitor new sales training programs, as necessary to address business needs.
•Work as a sales coach for all levels of the Centers.
•Work with other key support areas, such as Customer Service and Sales Operations, to leverage synergies in training programs.
•Develop a system for ongoing sales skill evaluation and development
•Utilize data to evaluate the effectiveness and determine training needs.
