Transfer pricing (TP) is one of the most important international tax issue in the world. It is a relatively new topic in our everyday tax awareness. Usually MNC will employ professional intermediaries to provide corresponding transfer pricing services (such as the preparation of TP documents of the year, the pricing proposal for related transactions, the assistance of the tax bureau for the transfer pricing inspection, and the application for APA, etc.)
From the year of 2017, Vietnam is supposed to start to prepare the TP documentations and the most of foreign trading companies need to follow the new TP rule.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist manager and partner to manage and coordinate transfer pricing engagements.
2. Perform a comparability analysis, Benchmarking analysis, Functional & Risk analysis, Industry analysis.
3. Prepare local TP document in Vietnamese and English or Korean(one for tax bureau, one for client).
4. Prepare documentation, participate in advance pricing agreements (APAs) and defend transfer pricing in audits.
5. The potential staffs will be taken on the job training with respect to the TP documentation and international tax issues.
