Translator/Project Assistant “TVET/ Digital Transformation”

Providing administrative support for activities in the field ofdigital transformationimplemented within the framework of the Programme Reform of TVET in Vietnam;
Supporting the development advisor (EH) and other project staff and short-term experts in translation English/Vietnamese/English as well as in verbal and written communication with the partners;
Supporting the EH in his advisory services to VCMI and other partner institutes;
Providing support in collecting, documenting and managing data required for M&E of activities implemented with VCMI.

Yêu cầu công việc

Knowledge of technical translations in the fields of e-learning/digitalisation and vocational training is an additional asset;
At least 3 years professional experience in a comparable position;
Good application knowledge in dealing with IT and communication technologies as well as computer applications (e.g. MS Office applications);
Continues to qualify in accordance with the requirements of the area of responsibility; corresponding measures are agreed with the manager.
Very good knowledge of English and Vietnamese spoken and written, German language skills are an additional asset;
Good communication and team skills;
Good knowledge of MS Office, common office software as well as in the professional handling of social media activities;
