Transportation Planner

Daily:

- Work with customer & dealers and LSP to solve issues related operations, LD and escalate to TMS manager when needed.
- Prepare daily report to send to managers or Savina.
- IOD/GI pending report
- Control delivery status to ensure KPI is met as company goal.

Weekly:

- Check TMS planning and capability & delivery status to meet target.
- Monitor POD return status & solve any issue of unqualified POD
- Weekly meeting material preparation (3 parties meeting)
- Managing/tracking return order report.

Monthly:
- Monitor operating cost (including manpower, materials, consumable cost, equipment…)
- Lead the process of KPI report
- Prepare month end truck CAPA with sub-cons base on outbound forecast
- POD monthly report
- Make TMS planning tool for CE truck base on route & dealers
- Create the approvals for extra-cost cases, claims.
- Market survey, vendor searching, analysis of current LD: volume, route, expense.
- IOD closing monitoring & report
- Improvement review for transportation is required

(a) EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:- Prefer University graduated

(b) EXPERIENCE:- At least 2-years’ experience in logistics warehouse/transportation operation, including 1 years in transportation and distribution is preferred.

(c) SKILLS:
- Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, etc.)
- Good English communication is mandatory required
- Able to work under pressure & able to work over time (if any).
- Good communication, People management skill
- Able to work independently and able to multi-task
- Be familiar with WMS & ERP
- Problem-solving & decision making.
