Transportation Team Leader (Warehouse)

Transportation management handling:
- Control end to end process for urgent orders and special customers.
- Manage and response all suggestions from CS, Sale...etc. (Ensure all CS and Sale&039; inquiries are replied just in
- Ensure that all boxes assigned to Forwarders must have tracking information (both physical and system).
- Control backlog and coordinate with Forwarders to clean backlog.
- Ensure all processes run smoothly (from first smile delivery to last smile delivery).
- Manage Forwarders&039; performance daily/ weekly
time and exactly information.
- Must often serve as a point of contact for customers, building relationships and addressing complain.
- Seek and verify potential Forwarders.
- Verify transportation&039; fee weekly/monthly.

- Excellent analytical, mathematical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills and detail-oriented.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 3+ years SML or related experience.
- Ability to conduct research, prepare comprehensive reports and present complex statistical information in a clear
- Ability to interface with cross-functional groups to define and execute overall requirements.
