Travel Consultant

This is a full- time on- site role located in Ho Chi Minh City for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing travel consulting services, managing travel arrangements, handling customer service inquiries, and making reservations.

Previous experience in the tourism industry is a plus
Experience in travel consulting, travel management, and making travel arrangements
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to handle reservations and bookings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment
Familiarity with travel booking systems and software
Fluency in English and Vietnamese
Strong customer service skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
