Trợ Lý Dự Án (Project Assistant)

We are looking for talents to support Project Manager in new launching Real Estate projects and direct report to foreigner manager

Responsibilites:

• Conduct researches about the real estate and condonminium market


• Cordinate with internal departments for project schedule planning, informantional clarification and suggestion sulotions


• Consolidate the differences from internal departments for monthly, quarterly reports and shareholders's meeting submissions


• Assist in PR activities including guest visiting, meeting arrangment, and partnership maintenance activities.


• Assist in the company's operation activities including arrange business trip, claim expense, update and manage data.


• Might involve other woks Head of Dept. receives from PMH BOP

• Preferable within 2 years working &graduate in major Law, Language, Business.


• Detail oriented; Meticulous;Organised andMotivated go-getter with the ability to manage time and concurrent projects effectively


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to compose and present reports, findings and presentations with a keen attention to detail


• Able to work well both independently and collaboratively in a team environment


• Good English & Basic Chinese
