Also, this position coordinates and administers assigned configuration management activities relative to identification, control, and accounting for specification and change documents directly related to the assigned construction project.
Administration Assistant Managers are responsible for assisting the management services and processes that support the core business of an organization. They ensure that the organization has the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities. They are generally focus on using best practice to improve efficiency by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity. They are involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to buildings and premises.
Administrative Report

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; marking professional standards; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
Maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth
Assisting the department in Project Management, Cost Optimization and implementing business expansions plans.

Implementation of policies and procedures

Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management, discovering irregularities.
Maintains suggestion system by directing and controlling administrative technical aspects in accordance with management directives.

Staff Relationship and Coaching

Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity in finding solutions for service delivery.
Organize employee appreciation and social events.
Consistently demonstrates professional demeanor, appearance and attitude within the organization.

Document Control

Responsible for training employees on records management procedures and policies, which include documentation, retention, retrieval, destruction and disaster recovery.
Manages various aspects of document control, including document archiving and document imaging.

Yêu cầu công việc

Knowledge of training and supervisory techniques.
Exposure and experience handling large documents such as blue prints or documents from plotter printers is preferred
Knowledge of the principles and techniques of administrative management including organization, planning, staffing, training, budgeting, and reporting.
Knowledge of official planning and management.
Strong organization skills in both the virtual and physical environment is required
Preferably with a Degree of Business Administration, Public Administration, Computer Studies or related fields.
Proficiency in both spoken and written Vietnamese & English is a must.
3 – 5 Years of professional work experience involving the following areas of administrative management, organizational analysis, property management, including years of experienced
