The main responsibilities are to assist in all related administrative and some academic activities of the Bachelor of Architecture program.

• Being the point of contact for students (and their parents);
• Supporting the examination at VGU and German partner universities;
• Inputting student’s grades on SIS and keeping it up to date;
• Supporting the scheduling, resource planning, and operation of teaching modules;
• Preparing time sheets and other required documentation for part-time (visiting) lecturers and teaching staff;
• Handling the posting of exam problems and answer sheets between the German partner universities and VGU;
• Cooperating closely with the other departments;
• Assisting in the admission (and scholarship) procedure at VGU;
• Assisting in the enrolment process at German partner universities;
• Assisting in the study programs in updating relevant web pages and taking part in marketing activities;
• Assisting in the development of the Bachelor of Architecture program;
• Assisting in research activities of the program and related field;

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related fields. A master’s degree in related fields is a plus.
• Working experiences in the fields of education related to Architecture or relevant fields
• English proficiency in both written and oral skills
• Good command in using MS Office Software and common or basic architecture software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, or equivalent)
• Willingness and ability to work in the research area of architecture that strongly relates to the orientation of VGU and its partners
• Being able to work independently and efficiently 
• Good attendance and punctuality

• Respect for the cultural background of staff, students and partners
