· Manage the restaurant to meet or exceed standards in food quality, excellent service and cleanliness

· Assist in conducting staff and daily pre-shift meetings

· Assist in any areas of the restaurant when staffing constraints require

· Complete the season to the specifications outlined in your Employment Contract

· Complete all paperwork and closing duties in accordance with departmental standards.

· To provide an excellent level of customer service all the time

· Solicit guest feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers

· To complete each day, the daily cashing up sheets

· Ensuring that any cash expenditure for provisions for the restaurant are covered by a receipt

· To be in charge of all cash takings, cashing up, cashing up, support cashiers for financial reporting when on duty and to deal with all cash in a secure and safe manner in accordance to company procedures.

· Performs any duties assigned by the Director of F&B.

Remains informed of any new business trends in the Food and Beverages industry and any new products through reading relevant trade magazines and catalogues
