Trưởng Bộ Phận Nhà Hàng / Restaurant Manager (Preferable Local Talents Or Expats Currently Living In Vietnam)

Ordering food, linens, gloves and other supplies while staying within budget limitations (with the approval from GM)
Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
Maintaining safety and food quality standards
Organizing schedules
Manage and train current team focusing on improving service and upsales
Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels
Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
Training staff to follow restaurant procedures...
Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
Appraising staff performance
Interviewing/recruiting new employees
Supervising daily shift operations

• A strong understanding of Restaurant & Bar operation and administration including menu and wine list development;
• Vietnamese or expat with minimum of 3 years operational management experience in hospitality;
• Have the ability to understand local and regional markets that affect the business;
• English communication required
• Have exceptional sales, pricing, and revenue management competencies;
• Ability to train and develop team members;
• Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve current practices or develop new approaches;
