§ Assist preparation of periodic Sales Report (monthly, quarterly or annually)
§ Ensure deadline all case in Fraud control to solve and complete on time.
§Follow up all Third Party Department activities to support them on the time including: meeting follow-up, preparation of team building activities, purchasing uniforms & stationery, keeping track time sheet, ...
§ Making sales report and other reports to Unit Head/Head of Third party when required
§ Build/ suggest solution for decrease number of lack contract, mistake contract, lacking MRC.
§ Keep track of sales reports from provinces, region… to assist them on-time
§ Undertake other admin tasks required by Head/Unit head of Third Party
§ Ensure all issues from Sales admin consistency, was controlled well.
§ Assist & follow up the preparation of documentation for sales policies & projects if any
§ Manage/control list of TSA/DSA of Third Party, compare current headcount with Third Party.
§Cooperate with other departments ton ensure working efficiency

Background
• Experience in sales network support is a plus
• University Graduate, major: Business Administration, Marketing or relevant areas
• At least 03 year experience working in Sales Admin position, preferably working in banking or financial institution
• Understand of banking products & services
