Work on diverse projects link to the manufacturing as new innovative solutions, improvements machine or process.
Work with the Method teams in the Factories to improve the way of sewing keeping the level of quality required
Other responsibilities as per assignment of GM
Work with the Pattern makers and Product agent and workshop teams to develop technically the product with the best solutions
Perform all supervisory functions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Assure all assigned personnel met established job requirements, and needed training is identified and implemented to plan.
Manage all aspects, technical of new product development and administrative, of the VSC Section (including Test/ sample)
Manage of calculating the price of each product and optimize it to be in the target.
Work out the operating method and manufacturing times of each product

Proficiency in the English language (reading, writing, speaking and comprehension)
Structured thinking and management skills
Job type: Full- time permanent
Graduated College/ University at Sewing technology major
03 years experiences in similar position, Technical skills (sewing, use of the machines…) would be a must
