- Attend and prepare require documents for social compliance audit for respective plant
- Control and check all jobs of C&B team
- Participate in salary survey and analyze the data to prepare salary increment proposal and budget accordingly
- Be responsible for Payroll administration in an accurate and timely manner for respective plant
- Summarize and prepare all necessary documents to implement salary adjustment, promotion and yearly bonuses
- Prepare monthly payroll for Expatiates and manager in an accurate and timely manner
- Proposing suitable solution to improve C&B policy timely & legally
- Oversee the data integrity of the HRM system to ensure accuracy of reporting, analysis and payroll processing.
- Ensure the operation of Labor contract, social insurance, accident insurance, health care insurance are in accordance with prevailing regulations and company&039;s policy including registration, contribution, reporting and claim.

- Knowledge of Labor Law
- Computer: Microsoft Word, Excel, outlook,…
- Have experience working in a company with over 2000 employees
- Minimum 3 years of experience in equivalent position
- Ability to cover, manage and organize work effectively
- Work with a high sense of responsibility, hard work to learn
- Bachelor of Business Administration / Economics / Finance & Accounting
- English: Good
