1. JOB OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITY
­ Identify and build relationships with potential creators, podcasters, key content partners (media networks, MCN, content
publishers) based on product goals and market needs
­ Oversee and lead creator partnership implementation and evaluation in collaboration with other cross­functional teams
­ Track and analyze creator performance and make recommendations for strategic courses of action and improvements
­ Lead Waves creator community programs that help our creators better connect with our community on best podcasting practices, talk show collaboration, new product feature launches, media campaigns, creator events, etc.
2. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
­ You are fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English to interact with key team members
­ You have a minimum of 2 years of media or entertainment partner­facing experience ­ ideally with a background in account management, talent management, business development
­ You are passionate about the evolution of audio and enjoy consuming podcasts and other spoken word content, preferably with a deep understanding of podcast or radio business models
­ You like to use quantitative and qualitative data to drive hypotheses and corresponding results
­ You are self­motivated and have strong interpersonal skills with a desire to develop these skills further
­ You thrive in fast paced, high stakes situations and are comfortable interacting with creators and their management /Agents
