1.Job description:
Manufacturing Engineer:
1.Equipment & Process control:
•Feasibility study:
-Operation plan for production process, investment plan, Cycle time, production capability, man power plan, education, training plan, ISIR sample, education, training Plan, ISIR sample other cost.
•Feasibility study:
-Check machine making drawing/inspection
-Machine receiving
-Installation & Tryout
-Machine take over & Machine handover
•Process preparation and confirm
-Process flow chart, Control plan, FMEA, WI
•Quality evaluation and approval:
-Try-out
-P-control plan making
-Confirm production Q-plan completion (P-control plan, W/instruction sheet, measuring equipment)
•SOP & continuous control
-Improvement activities through using SPC & analysis each process problem
-Set up working/inspection method based on control plan & w-instruction sheet
-Setup M/C checking method & frequency
2.TS Document control: Setup and control TS document which is related with quality/environment system
3.Continuous improvement activities: Improvement quality & Productivity
Manufacturing Quality Engineer:
1. Internal product approval
2. Improve customer response: root cause analysis, make improvement activities & monitoring effectiveness
3. Quality & reliability test
4. Manage internal process 6M change
5. Implement internal process audit
6. Non-conforming production control
7. Measuring system analysis
8. Quality document (standard, CS…)
9. Quality improvement
Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer:
1.Machines and equipment’s maintenance and maintain
2.Repair and change equipment of machines
3.Proposal and make maintenance plan, manage necessary spare parts to ensure minimize machine breakdown
4.Continuously improvement machines & equipment’s ability to increase productivity and archive the best quality
5.Cost down activities implement, quality up
6.Others duties assigned by manager
Product Development Engineer:
1. Drawing control
- Get drawing & product specification on PDM (Product Data Management) system
- BOM (Bill of Material) control
- Correct SOP (Start of production) drawing/specification & distribute to concerning member
2. Engineer change request (ECR) control
- Verify ECR from co-work & registration on PDM system
- Design change suggestion for quality and productivity improvement
- Try out & evaluation for improvement
3. Design change control (ECO: Engineering Change Oder)
- Update ECO information from PDM system
- Confirm ECO for SOP (Start of production) drawing
- Support other team related product design and sample making
- Following, Recording & evaluation application status
Facility Engineer:
1.Responsible to management all of utility mechanical equipment
2.Responsible to management Warehouse equipment
3.Responsible to management of technicians who are operating factory system, ensuring the operation continuity of all the factory system
4.To make maintenance plan & perform periodic maintenance operation, repair to ensure factory equipment, air conditioning, operating as designed and in accordance with actual load
5.Training : Make Construction for training plan and implement training
