Junior Electrical Maintenance Supervisor - Maintenance Division:
- Support planner to suggest/ prepare for spare parts for electrical equipment & system.
- Provide information to prepare and update Electrical Maintenance procedures & work practices.
- Identifying areas where electrical equipment & system can improve plant operation and profitability.
- Ensure the compliance of all maintenance procedures for his/ her assigned area, segment, unit, section or division.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by Electrical Leader and/or other superiors.
- Responsible to supervise the daily maintenance works for electrical equipment & systems at site.
- Responsible to confirm the completeness of electrical maintenance work before handover the system for operation.
Junior Instrument Maintenance Supervisor:
− Supervise execution work at site for instrument equipment and control system assurance supervision
− Monitor and evaluate the instrument equipment for anomalies and deficiencies, and make recommendations to repair or upgrade as needed.
− Responsible for technical acceptance of the job (job done according to company, international standards, in proper quality)
− Prepares technical repair work scopes for instrument equipment, testing and/or modification in line with OEM recommended practices, common industry standards and company procedures.
− Performs other tasks as assigned by Instrument leader and/or higher superiors.
− Responsible for review and approve for WO risk assessment and WO method statement
− Help shop craftsmen in the analyzing and troubleshooting of failed equipment and rework jobs.
− Responsible for execution – physical punching according to procedure, efficiency, quality check
− Responsible for spare parts – QA/QC of incoming material – technical standard specification
Junior Rotating Maintenance Supervisor:
- Ensure that surplus materials are returned to the proper materials handling personnel for eventual return to the warehouse.
- Measuring and reporting the quality of execution of maintenance activities such that preventive maintenance, inspections, and break maintenance job and to be executed in accordance with the agreed work management plans at world-class standards.
- Coordinate with Rotating Supervisor to review and prepare maintenance procedures, instruction, method statement, work steps to carry out maintenance work.
- Ensure that a clear understanding exists of which jobs will be worked
- Identify improvement opportunities for rotating equipment and other plant equipment as well
- Support Rotating Supervisor or / and Planner to prepare and monitor Job plan (which include inspection & maintenance & condition monitoring) for rotating equipment
- Supervise contractor to implement the works as method statement approved.
- Ensuring the appropriate QA/QC standards for rotating equipment
- Participating proactively in the daily/weekly/schedule coordination meetings.
- Review and double check required spare parts & its availability with all resources required to execute the job, to complete activities as per plan and reduce equipment’s down time
- Understanding, implementing, the supervise maintenance activities onsite for rotating equipment
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Contractor to ensure that materials are on-site prior to scheduling the job.
- Coordinate with other disciplines when executing Job plan.
⁻ Monitor and evaluate the plant systems for anomalies and deficiencies and make recommendations to repair or upgrade as needed.
- Other reasonable works as requested by leader.
- Implement QA/QC standards for rotating equipment
- Be mentor to less experienced engineers in the group.

English skill: Minimum TOEIC - 450 or Equivalent
University or higher, Major: Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation, Automation, Electronic, Informatic / Mechanical / Mechatronics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulous.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Have related knowledge/Experience in the applied positions:
- Electrical:
+ Capable to effectively review project documentation, drawings, equipment specifications and testing procedures
+ Must have knowledge of electrical equipment and systems such as transformer, switchgear & MCC, UPS, EDG, motor, lighting & small power, earthing & lightning protection, cathodic protection, etc.
+ Knowledgeable with the local and international codes & standards such as TCVN, IEC, ISO, etc.
+ Familiar with electrical drawings and documents such as one-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, control logic diagrams, schematics diagrams, etc.
- Instrument:
+ Knowledgeable with the application of variable type of control systems such as Distributed Control System (DCS); Emergency Shutdown System (ESD); Fire and Gas System (FGS); Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). + Knowledgeable with field instrumentation in petrochemical plant, power plant or oil & gas plant (control valve, level, temperature, pressure, flow measurement
+ Knowledgeable with the industrial standards and code requirements for control systems and field instrument equipment: ISA, IEC, API, ISO
- Static/Rotating:
+ Able to understand industrial standards and code requirements for Static Equipment: ASME, API, ISO
+ Can read and understand the technical document Having maintenance & repairing & fabricating Knowledge
+ Basic knowledge for rotating equipment. Basic knowledge of engineering practices, international standards
