️️️ TUYỂN Logistics Staff or Supervisor (Hung Yen) cho công ty NHẬT ở YÊN MỸ- HƯNG YÊN
️CÓ XE ĐƯA RƯỚC TỪ HÀ NỘI
️Salary: 14-20 mil
Age: 26-35
️YÊU CẦU:
- Male or Female, age 25-33 years old
- English Intermediate level
- Having logistics experience in manufacturing company
- Having experience in EPE
- Experience in preparing and handling ISO

- Good command of Japanese
- Have experience as leader or supervisor before
- Working experience in Japanese company
- Experience in Post clearance audit
️Job Description :
1. Export - import:
-Coordinate with relevant departments, forwarders, customers / suppliers to order ships; implement customs clearance.
-Preparing and filing import / export records;
-Solving issued matters to ensure the delivery of goods is accurately and in time.
- Controlling and update import and export delivery shipment
- Communicating and working with domestics and oversea customers for order demand
2. Warehouse controlling
Controlling the factory's import and export data, receiving and checking import and export data from the warehouse software, transfering related data to the accounting system.
3.Controlling hazardous waste and scraps
Hand-over hazardous waste and scraps to waste disposal agencies.
4. Report:
Make internal report, BOD requested and reports submitting to the relevant authorities(finalization report) ...
5. Other tasks designated by Manager
■Holiday :-Saturdays every other week
-Sundays
-National Holidays
*95 days off in a year (2021)
■Working Hour　　　　 　: 8:15 - 17:00
