- Ensure inspection report and lab test updated on system
- Communicate important feedback customers internally
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Update information on system
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Process orders via email or phone
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
* Sales support
- Find out customers\&039; needs, send catalogs, make appointments with customers, persuade to buy, record customer feedback and contributions.
- Negotiate the price to suit each customer, negotiate the price in accordance with the company\&039;s regulations to get the order.
- Research, update to learn more basic knowledge about product types to better advise customers
- Search for more new suppliers, potential customers for the company.
