# POSITION DESCRIPTION: SALES ENGINEER
Ø **Proceed Sales and Marketing part: **included these main jobs
1. Drive sales, monitor and take necessary action to ensure that department’s objective are met
2. Achieve yearly individual target and objective
Ø **Technical Advisory: **included these main jobs
3. Deeply support and provide technical advisory
4. Follow to support technical service for Director’s project(s)
Ø **Customer relationship management**: included these main jobs
5. Build and promote strongly, long lasting customer relationship
6. Enhance value added soft skills to deal with customer
7. Expand market share with existing and new prospect
8. Provide service after sales to customer
# Requirement
1. Candidates with a Degree/Diploma (certificate of University)
2. Sales experience and with a proven track record of relevant accomplishment in the business sector.
3. Strong interest in sales, business development, and a customer-oriented mindset.
4. Organized, Structured, Presentable, Professional, etc.
5. Strong interpersonal skills to deal with different level of customers.
6. Strong ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
7. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills
9. Knowledge of listening, spoken and written English (necessary)
10. Willing to travel to provinces
