UFresh Supply Chain Planning (Fresh Graduate)

Supply Planning team is looking for brilliant talents for following positions:
1. UFRESH - DEMAND PLANNING
- Manage the demand planning process for the relevant category for 0-3 months, in weekly buckets with SKU details; by product family by month for 4-24 months and focusing on eliminating bias and improving forecast accuracy.
- Using all facts and data available to provide insights and business partnering
- Be the go-to person in the business for the future forecast and latest patterns being seen in sales
2. UFRESH - MARKETING & SALES OPERATIONS PLANNING
- Handle end-to-end operations of inventory planning & management
- Manage projects of category in terms of innovation or activities e.g. promotion, pricing, savings,...
- Represent for Vietnam SC team to join regional & global projects
- In charge of SC reports and analysis
3. UFRESH - SUPPLY PLANNING (RAW MATERIAL & PACKAGING)
- In charge of planning Raw and Packaging Materials (RPM), based on the production plan, to ensure adequate delivery, on time, right type and quantity.
- Notify Procurement and Supplier RPM 6-month forecast and the next 2 year forecast for mold planning activities.
- Detect and inform business units about risks that cause inventories to increase / decrease e.g. out of stock, goods moving slowly or overdue, to take appropriate action.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply chain, Logistics or related fields
- Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of working experience
- Demonstrate analytical thinking and sensible of number.
- Demonstrate communication and influence skills
- Be resilient in hectic situations
- Knowledge/ experience in forecasting system/ process is plus, but NOT a must
- Demonstrate proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g Excel, Word and Power Point)
