UI/UX Designer [$2500 Net]

We expect the product designer to work with passion and responsibility with the rest of the team, withstand the pressure of product rushes, and have the ambition to move up to a higher position such as Design Director or Vice President of Design.
With the initiative to bring the best user experience, we expect the product designer to have broad skills and knowledge in the product design industry, including UX design, UI design, information architecture, motion design, and graphic design on both Web and Mobile platforms. Other must-haves include creative eyes, the ability to think outside the box, and the desire to deliver exceptional works.
We are looking for a product designer for our upcoming venture that builds co-evolutionary networks.

Responsibility
- Build prototypes and test scenarios with the product team and a small group of users willing to participate in testing.
- Provide high-fidelity designs for the products.
- Form design requirements based on product requirements.
- Build a unique design system for the Shinka ecosystem.
- Provide ways to track and analyze UX data.
- Build user personas and journey maps for each product.
- Brand design for the company and its products.
- Research new design materials and techniques.
- Evaluate and provide UX solutions based on gathered user data.
Requirements:
- Familiar with design tools like **Figma**, prototyping tools like **Protopie**, wireframe tools like **Balsamiq** and **Whimsical**, test scripting tools like **Maze**, and motion design like **Lottie**.
- Be creative in colors, shapes, and design techniques that reduce time and maintenance requirements.
- Have good time management and self-organization skills.
- No English required
- Have at least 3 years, preferably 7 years of experience in the design industry.
- Presentation skills to share design information through workshops for team members to understand design principles, how to design products, the reasons behind our design decisions, and more.
- Can work with passion and withstand product development pressure.
