Mô tả công việc

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers (for UPRACE App & 123Go Web)
  • Research and analyze the requirements from the product group as well as from users.
  • Carry out the design or revamp the UI/UX based on the research information combined with the feature description and requirements of product management engineers.
  • Join the redesigned components into a User Flow file so that related teams can visualize the overall process of a feature will work.
  • Hand over the User Flow to the product development team and upload UI components to Zeplin for Developer engineers to execute.
  • Always monitoring and supporting Developer engineers at product execution.
  • Check the design accuracy when it forms on the Sanbox environment.
  • Experience and collect user feedback to troubleshoot UI/UX issues to get the best product to the user.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Degree in Web/Multimedia Design, IT or User Interface related fields.
  • Experience with responsive design, user research and usability testing.
  • Proficient in softwares: Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Zeplin… And other related software for user interface design.
  • Understand the Design System and how to create and use a general design library for a product.
  • Strong eye for aesthetics with comprehensive knowledge of visual design principles and ensure consistency and quality across all platforms.
  • Able to handle changing priorities and work on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to understand basic HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • Having a dynamic and sporty lifestyle is a plus. 
  • Communication and reading comprehension in English
