Mô tả công việc

Conceptualizing creative ideas with stakeholders.

Testing and improving the UX/UI of the applications.

Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.

Working with different content management systems.

Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps and wireframes.

Conduct related research and study analytics for user analysis, user persona, user behavior

Create prototypes to show and demonstrate interactions.

Conduct Usability Testing to validate design concepts.

Critique in-progress design work, evaluating the priority andeffectiveness of solutions.

Employ design thinking and questioning techniques to develop strategies and execution plans where pathways are not always obvious.

Yêu cầu công việc

A relevant degree in related field.

1+ years experience in visual user interface design.

Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.

Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.

Good understanding of content management systems.

Creative and open to new ideas.

Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.

Knowledgeable in creating wireframes, visual mockups graphics, user workflows, and low and high-fidelity prototypes.

Ability to work with designers and developers to implement new ideas.

Have contributed as a leader in design and a strong collaborator across product managers and engineers.

Previous experience with user centered design principles and practices, web/mobile standards, typography and color, and web/mobile usability standards.

Proven ability to manage multiple design requests in a timely fashion, with competing priorities and deadlines.

Experience testing websites and software on a variety of platforms including iOS and Android mobile and devices.
