Unit head of Phone verification & Field verification

Assigning staffs to do verification tasks by phoning and field visiting.
In charge of training and evaluating performance, working efficiency of all staffs in Phone & Field verification
In charge of managing overall activities of Phone and Field Verification.
Building and improving reporting system, working procedures.
Being representative for Phone & Field Verification to attend all sum-up meetings relating operating status of Operations Division.
In charge of managing, preventing and handling negative behaviors and credit risks within teams.
In charge of all weekly and monthly meetings of Phone & Field Verification.
Performing periodic working reports for Head of OPS Division.
Supervising and speeding up the deployment and implementation of human resources plans to ensure good fulfillment of tasks and KPIs of Phone & Field Verification.
Perform other related tasks as required by Head of OPS Division.

PHONE VERIFICATION

Implementing management, quality control, professional guidance; directly participating in verification activities and taking responsibility for all comments and ideas.
Proposing measures to improve operational efficiency of Phone Verification.
Develop training plans for staffs of Phone Verification.
Responsible for professional guidance for Team Leaders and staffs of Phone verification.
Proposing measures to resolve mistakes and prevent fraud in process of Phone verification.
Controlling and managing quality of applications verified by Phone verification teams
Composing processes, regulations; building operating models for Phone Verification.
Managing time, tasks, quality and discipline of verification staffs.

FIELD VERIFICATION

Monitoring daily operation following processes and productivity targets of staffs in improve productivity and working efficiency.
Monitoring and speeding up the implementation and deployment of plans regarding staff resources to ensure KPI fulfillment of Field Verification and Operations Division.
Managing training activities for Team Leaders and new officers.
In charge of resolving mistakes and risks causes by staffs of Field Verification
Being contact point with third partners of Field Verification.
Developing and improving processes of Field Verification (SOP).
Controlling and managing quality of Field verification to ensure the compliance with processes (SOP).
Managing and operating overall activities of Field Verification before the loans are approved and disbursed.

Good communication in Vietnamese and English.
Positive thinking and enthusiastic in work.
Ability to analyze data, report and fulfill tasks within deadlines.
Experience in managing over 50 staffs.
At least 7 years of experience at middle or senior management level in Verification departments of finance companies of banks.
MS Office proficiency (Work, Excel, PowerPoint…)
Ability to solve problems requiring accuracy and speed.
Understanding territories of Vietnam.
Ability to go for business.
Graduated from University of Finance/Economics/Banking.
Good communication, presentation, training, management and motivation for staffs.
