Productivity Training:

• Play key role responsible of coordinating/ consulting for projects and initiatives that enhance employee’s productivity and their performance which support the business strategic goals


• Define the root cause based on data for employee’s performance and failures relating trainable and makes recommendations for changes


• Propose with methodological approach new solution concept in term of efficiency or efficient that could contribute to improve productivity and impact P&L


• Drive cross-functional teams to execute new solution that address employee’s productivity and their performance meeting business needs/requests


• Share responsible of monitor team performance by tracking data and propose changes to ensure target achievement


• Measure project performance by follow up result after training, analysis data and calculate ROI

Training Activity Management & QC

• Propose, publish, communicate, and control the implementation


• Update, revise and maintain processes


• Report feedback and suggestions for improvement

Historical Data & IDP (Non roadmap) Training Need Analysis:

• Analyze the historical training data. Provide the necessary analysis for the TNA


• Analyze IDP information annually. Clarify training needs as well as propose alternatives when needed

Trainer & Line Trainer Development:

• Responsible for rewarding system and recognition policies. Build up the storage system and related reports

Budget:

• Prepare the annual training center budget proposal


• Define training critical control points for budget, expenses, and activities


• Provide training management with early warnings on agreed critical control points

Planning:

• Responsible for Training Operation structure, analysis of training data/status, and recommend Training Center Director planning, budgets and operation of the entire Center.


• Prepare training projection according to monthly training plan. Tracking approval and actual cost of the month. Propose changes are needed and alternative budgets to ensure training activities in the plan are fully implemented as required


• Work with relevant stakeholders for estimating business required training needs

Reporting:

• Responsible for the development of systems, forms, procedures for managing the entire data of the training center


• Analyze the data flowing through the training process to identify gaps, trends, problems, etc.


• Create reports and dashboards to show training progress by week, month, quarter, and year

Logistics:

• Manage logistics and prepare brochures, multimedia visual aids, presentations and instructional training materials as handbooks, visual aids, online tutorials, demonstration models, and supporting training reference documentation

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor/ Master Graduate, major in Training, Education, Social Science, Finance or Business Administration 


• Understanding of sales, products & services of Banking & Finance Institution is a plus


• At least 05 years’ experienced in similar training area 


• At least 03 years’ experienced in similar position or training management position


• Strong in analytical, leadership, communication skills 


• Strong in training resource planning and team management


• Knowledge of analysing training result/ ROI measurement


• Strong in customer service and training delivery quality management, motivation and public speaking


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint 


• Good at English
