Unity Developer (Mid/Senior/Lead)

Overseeing and having good expertise of all productions from a technical viewpoint; defining, and advising technical process, standards, methods, and organization… to constantly improve productivity, reduce overtime and optimize work.
Create and maintain technical documentation linked with the solution developed.
Actively detect issues on the programming side, take initiative and propose solutions to prevent and solve those issues.
Advising relevant Managers in technical aspects/solutions implemented in any projects.
Suggest any improvements linked to security, performance, and the raising of the existing environments.
Take part in the development of games using Unity Engine or Cocos creator engine.
Perform web or mobile app legacy system development, update, and support.
Share and assist colleagues with the conception, development, and platform functionality.
Program, debug and optimize codes to implement the gameplay ideas into the game prototype, and polish the prototype to be ready for publishing.
Weekly report to top managers / co-managers for relevant topics.
Actively conducting research and development activities, as well as pushing such activities among teams, to be able to cope with technological progress and new production challenges.

Must-have skills:

Minimum 2+ years of working experience in game development
Hands-on experience with Unity3D.
Ability to work with new APIs and concepts
Good knowledge of gameplay programming
Good knowledge of an object-oriented programming language, preferably C
Experience in delivering mobile games for Android / iOS
Product-mindset in games development

Nice-to-have skills:

Understanding of Graphic Development, Shader, and Rendering pipeline is a plus.
Troubleshooting skills, strong logical thinking, solve problems creatively and effectively
Used to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical parties
Research and Development Skills.
Time management
Able to work on projects that might involve a lot of changes
Experience in optimizing Unity games.
Experience in working on a mobile strategy game is considered a big plus
Knowledge about programming, game engine
Leadership/ ownership
Experience in Spine Animation is an advantage.
