Mô tả công việc


● Plan & oversee business development efforts in assigned areas/clusters with a goal to expand company’s franchise business network
● Identify potential partner that meet company standards in terms of location, pricing, infrastructure quality, owner willingness etc. and pitch partnership proposal
● Negotiate Company’s commercial agreement with partner
● Strengthen relationship with existing partners & other relevant stakeholders
● Collaborate with other teams such as operations, marketing, pricing, customer support, finance etc. to ensure smooth functioning of partners on daily basis

Yêu cầu công việc


● Minimum 2 years of high quality experience in B2B sales or business development (MUST HAVE)
● Business English (speaking and writing) (MUST HAVE)
● Strong analytical skills and ability to structure / negotiate , complex business deals
● Has ability to build as well as maintain strong business relationships with clients.
● Proactive, sales-oriented, can-do attitude and willingness to get task completed.
● Experience in early-stage startup environments preferred (ADVANTAGE)
● Relevant experience in hospitality industry is an advantage (ADVANTAGE)
